UltraVision's Management Team
Dennis J. Johnson, Chief Executive Officer; Bill Lozon, Vice President Sales & Marketing; Jack O'Leary,Vice President Operations and Donald Walczyk, Chief Financial Officer, comprise a management team with over 80 years of combined experience in the sale of products incorporating UWB technology.

Dennis J. Johnson, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Johnson has had 25 years experience in the management of high-tech firms. He has held the position of GSSI’s CEO since 1997 and has been responsible for overseeing the flourishing growth and expansion within the company. Prior to GSSI, Johnson held positions ranging from Director of Manufacturing for American Hospital Supply to Schlumberger Well Services, where he managed over seven hundred employees. He has also started several successful companies including Visual Navigator, a software company, and Sound Wave Systems, a producer of wireless, underwater communication devices based upon ultrasonic technology. Mr. Johnson was also partner in a very successful private equity fund, Wingate Partners, which returned over $300 million in capital over a twelve year period. Johnson is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He served on nuclear submarines as an Operations Officer and holds an MBA from Harvard University. Johnson also holds several U.S. patents.

Bill Lozon, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Lozon is a 25 year veteran of the security and alarm industry where he held executive positions with firms such as Bosch Security Systems and divisions of Pittway (Honeywell). As VP of System Sales for Bosch, he led the teams responsible for the successful development, marketing and sales of such diverse lines as access control, building management and fire alarm systems. His background also includes leadership roles with Detection Systems, Radionics, FireLite/Notifier, Fire Control Instruments, and Sonitrol Security. Mr. Lozon earned an MBA in Marketing from City University in Bellevue, WA .

Jack O’Leary, Vice President of Operations
Mr. O’Leary is an engineering professional with over twenty years experience in the development of new products for several high-tech, manufacturing companies.  He has held key management roles in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Sales & Marketing, and Finance at small manufacturing companies and has created several joint ventures within the industries he has served.  He has gained valuable experience in the UWB sensor, medical device, thermal management, and semiconductor markets.  Mr. O’Leary’s background includes leadership positions at Geophysical Survey Systems, Medica Corporation, Schneeberger, and Lytron, Inc.  He brings to UVSS broad experience in the areas of advanced product development, enhanced quality standards, cost reduction techniques and manufacturing expertise.  Mr. O’Leary received an MBA and BS in Engineering at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Donald Walczyk, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Walczyk brings 30 years of progressive experience as a financial manager in a variety of organizations. He currently serves as Vice President of GSSI and as Treasurer of UVSS. At GSSI he has been instrumental in driving profitability, reducing working capital and borrowings, and implementing a manufacturing and accounting ERP system. Previously he served as VP Finance/CFO/Controller at Optivan, Photoshopper Publications Corporation, Advanced Technical Manufacturing, Queen City Steel Fabricators, Rapid Processing, Borden, Northeast Electronics, and Hazeltine Corporation. Don began his career at Textile Banking Company in New York City and earned his MBA and BA from Adelphi University . Walczyk is also a Certified Public Accountant.
