Gus Kinnear
Gus retired in the grade of Admiral (4 stars) while serving as the US member of the NATO Military Committee in Brussels. He previously commanded the Naval Air Force Atlantic Fleet and served as Assistant Comptroller of the Navy. After retirement Gus served at the executive and board level at Grumman Aerospace and New England Digital. He has served as interim President of the University of New Hampshire and on a number of corporate boards including Compaq Computer Corporation. Gus’ academic background includes a PhD, Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Masters and BA degree from George Washington University.

Mark Foster
Mark has been with the City of Beverly, MA since 1978 and currently serves as the Emergency Management Director and Program Manager FEMA Urban Search and Rescue. He is responsible for day to day management of City’s Emergency Management Program, and  Massachusetts’s Urban Search and Rescue (US&R) Task Force consisting of 210 members from 65 fire departments, 2 police department and 25 businesses. Mark’s deployments as Task Force Leader include: the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, Worcester Cold Storage Incident, WTC Terrorist Attack 9/11, Democratic National Convention, and Hurricane Katrina. Mark holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
